Laura Chan Helm

Laura is truly passionate about delivering superior hair and beauty services to each and every one of her clients.  She has been a practitioner and continual student in the hair and beauty industry since her first day at the Capri Institute in 2008. Upon graduation, Laura started as a beauty assistant at an upscale salon where she continued to grow and develop her skills in hair styling, cutting and coloring.  Since then, she has become an expert stylist and color specialist, with a resume that includes servicing over 10,000 clients and boasts a long list of repeat clientele.

Now, as Co-Owner of  birch, Laura is more determined than ever to provide superior customer experience and service to every guest that walks through the Salon's doors.  She is a believer in continued education and makes sure that she, and her an entire team, stay at the forefront of the hair and beauty industry in order to provide top of the line services to all of birch's clientele.

Laura places high value in listening to her clients, understanding their needs and respecting their hair....and she strives for unlimited creativity!  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, painting and spending time with her family.
