Lucine Debany

Lucine has been been connecting clients with our stylists since Birch opened in June 2016. Prior to her position here at Birch, she was the Salon Coordinator at Salon 4X and Salon Niki. She has over 20 years of experience in the salon industry providing guests with the best service and salon experience. Lucine manages the front desk, answers phone calls, greets incoming guests, schedules (and reschedules) appointments, and coordinates major events for our clients like weddings and proms. She treats our clients like family and takes incredible care to provide top notch thoughtful service to every person that walks through our doors.

Prior to her career in the salon industry, Lucine was an elementary school teacher. After having her son, she became a full time mom - a position she calls "the best job of all". She has a BA in Elementary Education and Sociology and a Master's Degree in Education and Reading. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dear family, especially her darling grandson Ari, as well has her many cherished friends.
